From there we list your vacancy with the Australian Job Search Site (www.jobsearch.gov.au, the largest job search site in Australia); & on the Australian Government’s Centrelink Job Search Kiosks. Job seekers apply and are screened against the information that you have provided to us. Contact with employers remains paramount throughout the entire process. We are also able to maximise your Job Seeker response & application quality, for an additional fee; by advertising the position for you on the Australian Seek Website also (www.seek.com.au).

Jobseekers that are successful in meeting all selection criteria and requirements of the vacancy are then eligible for interviews. From here we can organise interview times for you, that will fit in with your schedule & ensure that your time is not wasted waiting around for clients who choose not to show up or by sending you job seekers who clearly do not have the necessary skills to be considered for the vacancy.

Once interviews are completed you may offer employment to any of the clients that have been referred to you from Streamline. From the commencement of Job Seekers into your position, regular contact is maintained to ensure a smooth transition and to guarantee that if any problems should arise during the commencement stages of employment, that we’re able to ensure they are dealt with efficiently and that your business & your entire staff team are not at all adversely affected in any way, what so ever.
